How do I arrange an appointment?

An initial free 30 minute appointment can be arranged in order to meet with me and discuss the issues you wish to work on.

The most suitable therapeutic approaches for your unique circumstances can then be explored.

Most importantly this first meeting allows us both to decide whether we can work together.


There is no obligation to have further appointments after this initial meeting.

A therapy contract is drawn up at the first full appointment. We will then decide on your aims or goals for therapy, decide how we will arrange appointments with regular reviews so that you can monitor your progress.

Fees are explained at the outset and vary according to the therapy you decide upon.

In general most sessions of 1 hour duration will cost £45

Evening and Weekend appointments are available

Where am I based?

Small consulting room based in Bromborough, South Wirral, close to Library and Civic Centre.

Easy access from Liverpool (Birkenhead Tunnel), Ellesmere Port, Neston, Chester and the Wirral area via A41 (New Chester Road) and M53 junction 5.

Access via stairs to first floor consulting room, within discreet premises used by other Health professionals.

Based in quiet residential area.

Parking and public transport, mainly bus routes, close by.
